职责：
1、负责公司厂房、水电气、空调等设施等的使用管理，保证工厂所有设施处于正常状态，编制维护制度文件，制定维护计划并提交实施；
2、指导团队的日常工作及保养工作，对厂务设施异常状况进行处理；
3、制定厂房设备设施的技术改造及改善方案，对项目实施进行监督、验收；
4、提高团队员工的技能和潜力,并制定对应的培训计划。
任职要求:
1. 专科以上学历，机电相关专业或非机电专业，但机电类工作从业5年以上；
2. 3年以上厂房设施维修维护或设备维修维护经验，能看懂机电类安装图纸；
3. 有自动控制技术基础，或空调维修技术经验等为佳；
4. 基本的英文读写能力。
