职位描述：
o 开发及维护公司现有的电子商务网站、手机网站及其他系统。
o 参与创建新的功能模块或新项目。
o 对开发的代码质量和功能负责，修复程序中存在的漏洞，不断优化程序算法。 o 参与制定和编写技术文档。
o 负责培训和带领较低等级的程序员。
o 完成 IT 经理安排的其他任务。


其他任职要求：
o 三年以上 LAMP 环境下的程序开发经验。
o 三年以上 HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, XML 开发经验。
o 必须具备 Zend Framework 开发经验，面试时请出示相关作品。(十分重要) o 三年以上电子商务行业的从业经验。
o 熟练使用 SVN 等版本控制软件。
o 优秀的面向对象编程能力。
o 良好的英文书写及沟通能力。
o 高度的责任心，确保任务能在已确定的工期前完成。
o 能够在一个小型的开发团队中工作，并扮演技术领导者的角色。
