Scope of duties:
1. To contact and meet top leaders of the top accountsover all the segments in a regular manner to enquire about their satisfaction, their projects, and their needs, close sizable new sales according to company’s strategic planning.
2. To conduct regular customer satisfaction survey on selected panel and provide reports.
3. To propose aggressive pricing, promotion plan and promotion sales activities to push the sales and the brand recognition over our top accounts and record over define period of time the sales progression. From result repeat systematically over the accounts with most potentials in order to root and strengthen our customer relationship.
4. To realize account penetrationby developing new menus, conducting trainings, increasing flavors rotation to raise customer awareness on product utilization and raise brand recognition.
5. To constantly encourage the account service team members in their day-to-day work. To enquire about their difficulties, to record them, to analyze them and propose to the team solutions adapted and efficient.
6. To accompany every team members regularly to enquire about their sales technique, their abilities, their deficiencies, and the customers remarks.
7. To propose to the account service team regular internal trainings on specific subject like –competition, sharing experience, market trend, customer needs definition, products and service.
8. To evenly assign and arrange the accounts that are forwarded from the business development manager to the service account manager.
9. To systematically follow up on his team progression on project implementation
i. To review periodically with account service team the sales result and actual ROI
10. To monthly analyze sales result and communicate with top management about that result.
11. To constantly overcome the sales target and break sales records and constantly ameliorate the company profitability.
12. To apply the SOP concerning sales activities proposed by the China sales director.
13. To establish and propose quarterly roadmaps to the China sales director.
Requirements:
1. Position based at Guangzhou office
2. Reporting to the Sales Director China (Chinese, based in Guangzhou speaks Fluent English , mandarin and Cantonese)
3. National Chinese, Male or Female, about 33 to 40 years old, Fluent English and mandarin (French an advantage not mandatory) with Multinational companies’ working experience.
4. Chinese mandarin is compulsory, Cantonese a great advantage – English an obligation, both written and oral
5. MUST have experience/leadership in China, managing Chinese team– about 10 sales and operational people
6. MUST have experience in BtoB Sales
7. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position (director, manager)
8. Experience in B to B sales in HORECA (Hotel-Restaurants-café) and Chain stores (bars, restaurants) is a plus
9. Experience be gained from a food manufacturer of a food agent-distributor is a plus
10. Must have know-how to build a PNL budget. Must be experienced in excel, words, power point, outlook
11. Must be accounted with the use of CRM system (Salesforce.com).
12. Must be extravert, ambitious, looking healthy, sporty, elegant casual smart
13. Very well organized person in work.
14. Must be money driven and aggressive, ambitious to achieve constant career success.
15. Must like to visit customers and prospects and have a real experience and records in sales.
