职位描述：
Scope of duties:
1. To contact and meet top leaders of the top prospects over all the segments in a regular manner to enquire about their satisfaction, their projects, and their needs, close sizable new sales according to company’s strategic planning.
2. To identify and evaluate new sales segments and develop adapted commercial approach and communication tools (sales kit).
3. To plan and organize prospection business trip regularly in designated area, develop new geographical sales implantation and grow the sales network and develop distribution agents.
4. To follow up and maintain new account for 1 year in order to ensure the new account‘s estimate sales volume and customer satisfaction.
5. To assess and control new account's return on investment (ROI) effectively.
6. To monthly analyze sales result and communicate with top management about that result.
7. To constantly overcome the sales target and break sales records and constantly ameliorate the company profitability.
8. To apply the SOP concerning sales activities proposed by the China sales director.
9. To establish and propose quarterly roadmaps to the China sales director.

Requirements:
1. Willing to travel.
2. Reporting to the Sales Director China (Chinese, based in Guangzhou speaks Fluent English , mandarin and Cantonese)
3. National Chinese, Male or Female, about 28 to 40 years old, Fluent English and mandarin (French an advantage not mandatory) with Multinational companies’ working experience.
4. Chinese mandarin is compulsory, Cantonese a great advantage – English an obligation, both written and oral
5. MUST have experience in BtoB Sales
6. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position (sales manager)
7. Experience in B to B sales in HORECA (Hotel-Restaurants-café) and Chain stores (bars, restaurants) is a plus
8. Experience be gained from a food manufacturer of a food agent-distributor is a plus
9. Must be accounted with the use of CRM system (Salesforce.com).
10. Must be extravert, ambitious, looking healthy, sporty, elegant casual smart
11. Very well organized person in work.
12. Must be money driven and aggressive, ambitious to achieve constant career success.
13. Must like to visit customers and prospects and have a real experience and records in sales. 举报 分享
