Job Description:
? Paper work based in Shanghai office and communication with stores.
? In charge of VM display props seasonal ordering and arrangement for stores.
? Management the Props inventory in both stores and Shanghai warehouse.
? Communicate with Paris team directly for VM display props ordering / tracing / follow up
? Logistic arrangement and follow up for props and VM materials import to China.
? Assist on VM window & props cost, vendor payment and budget control.
? Lightbox campaign layout design and follow up with Paris VM team, check color proof and arrange production accordingly.
Person Specification:
? 3-4 days/per week.
? English written and basic spoken is required.
? Art related major is plus.
? Proficient with computer skills (MS word/ Excel / Power point / Photoshop).
? Creative, hard-working, independent, flexible, detail-oriented and dedicated personality required.
? Has positive and proactive working attitude, smart and quick reaction are needed.
