职位描述：
主要功能：

主管接待处的日常管理工作，达到客人最高满意度。控制费用及确保部门目标完成。与接待处经理及相关部门紧密合作，向客人提供高质量的个性化服务。

 

工作任务:

1．监督下属员工，以确保其遵守所有酒店政策。

2．必要时由前台经理指派执行前台文员和出纳的职责。

3．每天培训前台员工，以及进行15分钟培训。

4．协助部门与其他部门进行沟通。

5．协助经理管理部门并制定相应纪律。

6．确保客人入住和退房的顺利进行，妥善处理客人账户信息。

7．处理客人的各种投诉意见和要求。

8．合理安排部门工作人手，

9．在办公室创建一个富有成果和积极的气氛。

10．每月进行会议以监控工作。

11．检查信息板，日常活动表，最新通知和每日信息。

12．熟悉应急计划，并采取行动。

13．遇到任何不寻常的事要立即报告。

14．熟悉各种文化的差异以满足各种不同客人的要求。 举报 分享
