职位描述：
Set up, Maintain & Improve system of tooling management
-To be responsible for tooling design, set up, test, control and effective implementation.
-To be responsible for tooling and spare parts inventory management.
-To set up and deploy standards related to tooling in responsibility.
-To prepare budget for tooling for both maintenance and improvement.
-To have effective communication among and out side team members.

Be responsible for tooling maintenance activities
-These activities will include preventive, curative and anticipative maintenance.

Tooling / Machine supplier development
-Cooperation and develop tool or machine suppliers to have high reliable capability and quality in design and manufacturing with competitive cost.

Productivity Improvement
-Anticipation and plan of productivity projects
-Manage overall actions and follow up team’s performance to achieve PI target.

Deployment of good practice & standards to other areas
-To ensure the implementation of the Environment and Safety policy
Development of tool and machine standards
-Preparation of industrial standard for tooling development in accordance with Kaizen attitude in order to have better productivity and management.
-To develop / co-develop the global standard for tools with Valeo industrial development team in order to have effectiveness and substitutability as Valeo strategic planning.
-Cooperation with new project team / process engineering team and/or suppliers in order to develop the effective uses of tooling.
-To share information and to adopt standard industrial system from/to other Valeo plants 举报 分享
