职位描述：
Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to support credit finance service, need to book customer cash receipt and application to customer invoices, follow up with bank receipt and release CIA orders for SCM further shipment in system, monitor VAT invoicing, handle those SAFE related receipt and rebate process, support closing sales reconciliation. Also he/she could be assigned other data entry /system booking work to serve Pacific entities SFS works.

Responsibilities:

    ? Get updated collection information from bank, handle customer center request on CIA inquiry, update receipt in ESS system and tracking file
    ? Identify each cash receipt customer ID from bank statement, book all cash receipt in Oracle system timely.
    ? Cash application to suitable invoices in system. For un-identified receipt, check with CFS team and CC to get information.
    ? Submit LC accompanied with related document to bank, reduce the past due to meet the WCO target.
    ? Submit BD acceptance request to bank on time, ensure no delay.
    ? Familiar to VAT invoice and red-invoice processing policy, monitor daily VAT invoice issue according to tax policy and customer requirement, mail invoice to customer and follow up customer return of invoice. Handle other tax filing requirement related to invoices.
    ? Verify the Debit and Credit Memo request from CC, handle the DNCN booking in ERP system, follow related tax process.
    ? Follow any SAFE process on foreign receipt and rebate, ensure the compliance.
    ? Responsible for closing sales reconciliation, ensure to complete it accurately and timely. Closely work with CC and GL to identify the follow-up action once any issue.
    ? Other tasks and items assigned by direct manager

Requirements:
    
    ? University Degree, major of accounting, finance or business is preferred
    ? 3~4 year experience, at least 1~2 year in MNC
    ? Customer finance service experience is preferred.
    ? Logical think, independently problem solving skill
    ? Good commitment and time management.
    ? Good reading and writing English
    ? Attention for detail and accuracy
    ? Good team work spirit
