岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1,依据公司销售目标及策略,负责客户的开发及管理,与团队一起完成公司的销售指标;
Be responsible for customer development and management in accordance with sales targets and strategies, achieve goals with sales team;
2.持续不断地寻找和定期拜访潜在客户,开发并建立良好信任关系,介绍公司的服务产品,传递公司的服务价值;
Search and call on potential customers regularly, build up and maintain good relationship with them, introduce cooperation service product and deliver cooperation service value.
3.开发和提升客户的需求、根据客户的需求,建议并介绍ARAMARK公司专业的项目服务解决方案;
Develop and promote clients’ requirements, make suggestions and introductions of ARAMARK professional settlement project of facility service to customers ;
4.与区域的测量、运作、人力资源等部门积极密切合作,给出专业的服务计划书或投标报价方案;
Cooperate with regional survey, operation and HR, to make professional service plan or bidding scheme for customers.
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1,大学本科以上学历,市场营销专业优先;
A Bachelor in degree from an accredited University, major in marketing is preferable.
2.1年以上直销工作经验;
At least 1 years of work experience. Sales experience in restaurant ,Catering industry, B&I is preferred
3.勤奋、刻苦并有饱满的工作热情;
Hardworking and industrious, have a powerful passion to work;
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力和说服力;
Good oral and written English;
5.良好的英语听,说,读,写能力;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
6.熟练掌握计算机应用软件:Word/Excel/PowerPoint;
Must be proficient with computers, knowledgeable of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
7.具有敬业精神,有强烈的进取心和竞争意识,能积极面对工作挑战;
Outgoing nature, strong self-confidence, Willing to work under pressure;
8.有良好的职业素质、合作意识和团队精神;
Mature and responsible;Good occupational attainments, cooperation skills and teamwork spirit.
