职位描述：
1、接待来访人员，并做好登记；
2、每月考勤录入，人事档案资料的汇总保存；
3、员工的入职接待、报备，离职手续的办理及跟进：
4、工作证、请假单等人事资料的准备；
5、日用品及办公用品的的领用登记及采购等；
6、桶装水的及时预定及清洁跟进；
7、负责办公区域内卫生清洁的跟进工作
8、负责各种信函、信件邮寄及扫描、复印等文书工作；
9、配合各部门主管与上级安排的各项事宜
*职位要求：
1.计算机操作熟练，可接收应届生；
2.形象气质佳，性格开朗，善于沟通协调；
3.做事认真，细致，并有一定的条理，积极主动，谦虚好学；
4.具有良好的服务意识。
