Main Responsibilities/主要职责:
1. Introduce equipment and answering question for new customer.

2. Assist customer to select available equipment and sensor.

3. Equipment and sensor installation and basic training.
设备和传感器的安装和基础培训。
4. Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, diagnosing, troubleshooting.
负责客户设备问题诊断和故障排除等售后服务。
5. Existing customer tracking and visiting.
现有客户的跟踪和拜访。
6. Provide technical support for colleague.
给同事提供技术支持。
Requirements/要求:
1. Engineering background, college degree with at least 3 years of work experience in molding field.
工科背景，大专及以上学历，模具注塑行业3年及以上工作经验。
2. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
有良好的沟通交流技巧。
3. Responsible working attitude, good team spirits.
有良好的工作态度和团队精神。
4. Ability to work under pressure.
在压力下完成工作的能力
5. Good in English reading and writing.
良好的英语读写能力。
6. Adapt to business trip.
能适应出差。
7. Driving license is a plus.
有驾驶证者优先。
