职位描述：
1.负责土建图纸的审核，工地现场考察、勘察、测绘，进行土建工程概预算，督促设计及施工单位按要求对图纸进行修改和完善.
2.负责施工过程中的土建施工质量、进度和成本的控制，解决施工中出现的具体专业技术问题.
3.协助工程部经理做好工程项目施工的现场管理工作。
任职要求：
1.学历要求：工民建和土建结构等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.工作经验：工作10年及以上；
3.熟悉土建施工的工艺流程，尤其是 工业 厂房的施工经验，能够独立做施工组织设计，按照要求指导承包商进行土建装修施工作业；
4.有一定现场施工协调处理能力，有较强的沟通能力，熟练使用AUTOCAD 、OFFICE 软件；
