Main Responsibilities/主要职责:
1. Accomplishing RJG training course.
独立完成RJG的培训课程的教授。
2. Onsite consultancy work in customer facility.

3. Remote trouble shooting support to customers.

4. Assist colleague to promote RJG technique and course.

Requirements/要求:
1. Engineering background, college degree with at least 3 years of work experience in molding field.
工科背景，大专及以上学历，模具注塑行业3年及以上工作经验。
2. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
逻辑条理性强，擅于表达。
3. Responsible working attitude, good team spirits.
有良好的工作态度和团队精神。
4. Ability to work under pressure.
在压力下完成工作的能力
5. Good in English reading and writing.
良好的英语读写能力。
6. Adapt to business trip.
能适应出差。
7. Driving license is a plus.
有驾驶证者优先.

Notes/备注
1.Qualified candidate will be sent to US to finish and pass all necessary RJG course to become a RJG certificated Trainer before doing the training course.
