职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
This position is mainly responsible for the order processing (Spare Parts China and Warranty parts Asia & Pacific). The person is responsible for administrative tasks and will support the responsible of the central warehouse.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Be the second contact person of KUKA for the logistic partner
- Refill the warehouse inventory in creating PO/transfer delivery note
- Manage the operation for daily warranty cases (division 14) for all Asian CS Manager
- Creating Sales Order, Delivery notes, Invoices for Spare Parts and Warranty Parts business in Asia
- Support Customs clearance process for Spare Parts with Commercial Support KUKA China
- Order Processing Spare and Repair Parts

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational: experience in CS or Controlling
- Experience: Two more year working experiences with SAP/Excel and CS or Controlling
- German attitude: direct, organized and clear, respect strictly the compliance of KUKA
- Thinking & learning, Pro-activ planning, willing to work with different Asian colleagues
- Fast in execution, make clear report, willing to work under German responsible
- Not a shy person, need to open mind and direct towards German responsible and Chinese colleagues
- People-oriented, a good communicator, team player
- Good English
