Position Title: Sales Representative
Department Located: Sales
Reports To: Manager of Sales and Marketing, Byrne Asia

Job Summary:
This position will work with manager of Sales and Marketing to support Byrne Asia sales activities to develop and support market and sales. Responsibilities include sales development and support, projects management, new market development and support, daily customer services, and other related tasks.

Job Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will focus on the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, explore and define target markets and customers, customer relationship management, as well as project management. This position will utilize and combine marketing and sales resources to support sales growth.

Job Requirements
1. Service existing accounts (sales development and support)
2. New and emerging market development and support
3. Project management
4. Implement sales and marketing strategy
5. Monitor competition and market changes
6. Recommend improvements in process, products, services, and all related competitive developments
7. Provide sales action plans and feedback
8. Perform quality checks on customer service and service delivery
9. Facilitate customer visits to Byrne Asia
10. Attend and/or plan trade shows in China
11. Willing to travel on a regular basis

Abilities & Personal Characteristics
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must, Cantonese is a plus
2. Effectively interface with customers developing long-term, trust based business relationships.
3. Interact with new and existing customers to co-develop product/systems solutions to customer needs.
4. Project management experiences is a must
5. Interface with vendors, and manufacturing personnel in a dynamic environment.

7. Education Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in sales, business, marketing, or related fields

9. Physical Requirements (lifting, standing, walking, etc)
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and visit a customer’s place of business or jobsite.
