职位描述：
1. In charge of daily & preventive maintenance and repair to minimize the downtime related tooling or tooling maintenance.负责日常维修及预防性维修，以降低因模具和模具保养的停机时间。
2. Put forward reasonable proposal to improve the tooling stabilization and increase production efficiently.推动模具改善以提高模具的稳定性及生产效率
3. Good communication and relationship with production and other departments to keep the good working atmosphere.与相关部门保持良好的沟通及关系，营造良好的工作气氛。
4. Tools maintenance tasks follow up, resource and schedule coordination.模具维修任务的跟进，资源调度及排期协调。
5. In charge of preventive maintenance for Machining equipment.模具机加工设备的保养管理
6. Site 5S and safety management.现场5S及安全生产管理。
7. The Employee shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company.雇员需负责不定期的未注明任务。

Skills Required技能要求：
1. Graduate from technical school with major in tooling manufacture，mechanical or automatization.技校毕业，主修模具制造，机械或自动化专业。
2. More than 3 years maintenance or manufacture experience in progressive dies or transfer dies .超过3年冲压自动模维护经验或模具制造经验。
3. More than 1 year experience in tooling leading-in and improvement;超过1年新模具导入改善经验。
4. Good welding skill in dies repair (including forming shape or trimming surface) 良好的模具电焊及氩弧焊技能（包括形面及刀口）。
5. Good machining skill in turnning，milling, grinding and drilling 良好的机加工技能（包括车床、铣床、磨床和钻床）。
6. Have wire-EDM skill is preferred; 有快走丝加工经验优先考虑。
7. Good English communication skill is preferred; 良好的英语沟通技能优先考虑。
