Responsibilities:
1. Independently lead project and drive team to achieve on time delivery.
2. To identify key risks / issues during project execution and proactively find solutions.
3. To follow the designed process/ project discipline during project execution.
4. To maintain good relationship with different functional team, to get necessary support on client launch.
5. To participate the launch process optimization.
