Position Summary：
The Information Technology Supervisor is responsible for planning, oversight, support and maintenance of the GRS Health Services information technology. The Information Technology Supervisor maintains and supports the company’s information technology infrastructure, training, deployment and ongoing employee support of hardware and software applications. The Information Technology Supervisor guarantees the delivery of quality support services that follow consistent practices, adherence to all policies, and coordination of activities that promote a strong community reputation, meet employee and customer needs, and assist in achieving profitable results.


Responsibility/Accountability：
1. Provides on-site and remote support for information technology equipment configuration to a specific user including but not limited to, training, break-fix and technical support.
2. Work with service provider on problem escalation and outage
3. Works with information technology equipment suppliers and building contractors to ensure that equipment requirements, configurations, orders and purchasing activities are met.
4. Ensures that a tracking mechanism is in place to assign equipment and track distributed equipment to specific center and regional personnel.
5. Ensures all hardware and software are configured appropriately, including but not limited to, portable and all-in-one workstations, mobile devices, printers, wired and wireless network equipment, phone systems, cellular services, projectors, and voice and data circuits for the center.
6. Maintains the company IT assets
7. Works with system software providers to configure, test, and implement software products into production.
8. Provides timely and accurate system access and user security administration for systems including add, changes and terminates user profiles linked to job roles and key employee events.
9. Ensures the Information Technology Systems environment is secure and protected.
10. Supports the startup of new locations and the expansion of services.
11. Interfaces with Genesis Healthcare and Genesis Rehab Services Information Technology Operations as required.
12. Identifies areas of opportunity for center growth, professional growth, performance improvement and customer service excellence.
13. Contributes to an environment that is respectful, team-oriented, and responsive to the concerns of Patients, employees and families.
14. Promotes a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
15. Maintains confidentiality and protects Protected Health Information at all times.
16. Ensures compliance with company policies, standards and processes, and local/central government regulations.
17. Performs other related duties as requested.


Specific Educational/Vocational Requirements：
  
1. Minimum 5 years of information technology experience providing both information technology technical and business application support.
2. University degree or equivalent experience in technical support environment


Job Skills：

1. Fluent English, both writing and speaking
2. Positive working attitude with an ability to multitask
3. Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with users
4. Good knowledge about the various IT infrastructure components and processes.
5. Good vendor management skills.
6. Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
7. Trouble shooting on Fortigate Firewall Device
8. Experience with network switch, phone system, servers, printers and Apple device.
9. Experience with Cloud service
10. Project management skill and experience
11. Must be a highly responsible individual capable of working independently
12. Must be able to setup, configure and provide business technical support for IT products
