薪酬福利经理/C&B Manager-跨国外资企业聘

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop and administer company’s compensation & benefits policies and programs in line with the Company’s C&B Strategy;
Manage the overall job leveling system; conduct the job evaluation and analyze compensation & benefit survey data propose action plans to improve company’s remuneration market competitiveness;
Partner with HRBP, manage Annual Compensation Planning, Bonus/Incentive, and promotion cycle and performance management process;
Plan and conduct education & communication of PM / Reward philosophy, methodology as well as relevant skills on a regular basis to respective line managers/employees, to improve employee attraction, satisfaction and retention; partner with HRBP to foster a reward at performance environment;
Build engagement / collaboration with BA and respective HR functions to ensure projects are effectively planned and implemented in a customer oriented manner;
Develop the Total Reward communication strategy and partner with different stakeholders to implement, to improve the overall employee engagement;
Per the Company’s mid-to-long term strategy & business objectives, partner with different stakeholders to conduct the HR budgeting, regular review and update to ensure the accuracy of annual budgeting;
Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in related fields,8 years working experience or above;
Solid knowledge on local labor law and C&B practices;
Hands on experiences in variable program design, cost analysis, performance management, HR policies and procedures design and development, etc;
Familiar with HR systems, project management experience;
Strong planning, organizing and analytical skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure
A strong team player
Good command of MS office software application;
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
