Job Responsibility:
1. Capable to have a conversation with the user and SD to understand the issue and troubleshoot the problem. Escalated to a higher level if necessary.
2. Gather enough information to analyze and troubleshoot the problem (constant communication with the Service Desk Team, lead specialists, other IT Support Groups (including escalation) and research.
3. Open communication with other IT support levels to address the issue. Capable to look for solutions internally through the IT Organization and externally.
4. Participate IT implementation and enhancement projec, understand the IT Roadmap for a project or task.
5. Should be familiar with the approved suppliers via Catalog or to address it to the corresponding group that is responsible for (e.g. Asset Management, Client Devices, SRM Catalogs, etc.).
6. Being as well able to take 'on-the-job' training, apply it and document as required.
7. IT related documentation created / prepared.
Job Requirement:
1. The position should suffice with a technical diploma or similar in Information Technologies (has to have a knowledge of Computer terminologies or Computer Science.
2. Customer Service Experience would be a plus (not required). Candidate must have the following skills for the job: patience, customer service oriented, flexible, collaboration, teamwork, being able to be supervised remotely, etc.).
3. University or Bachelor’s Degree or above is required for the position, Must be a team worker and have good communication, presentation, negotiation and influence skills
