Enterprise Services Business Productivity Team is looking for a talented, passionate and experienced Senior Consultant.Office 365 is the fastest growing product in Microsoft. This is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team at the leading edge of technology. In this role, you will shape and deliver projects with our largest and most important customers, helping them deploy and use Office 365.



We are looking for candidates with experience in delivering projects in Office 365 and related technologies, including core infrastructure, Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business. You must have skills and hands-on experience deploying Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, ADFS and AAD Connect.



Increasingly, our customers are looking for Cloud Productivity solutions that are broader than Office 365, and incorporate the combined benefits of Azure, Dynamics CRM Online and Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS). Demonstrated experience delivering solutions to enterprise customers that span multiple systems will therefore be important.

To be successful, the role requires the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with customers, and influence them about the technical merits of our approach. This requires that you continually keep up to date with technical trends and changes. You will also possess excellent communication skills, being a comfortable and effective presenter, and able to produce high-quality documentation. Customer satisfaction is a key measure of success for this role and for our team.



The role involves presales responsibilities including technical customer workshops, scoping, estimating, identifying risks and writing statements of work. A structured and rigorous approach to scoping, estimation and project planning is essential.
