职位描述：
Duties:
- Respond to multiple end user groups as tier1 support, especially in working as a member of helpdesk team to provide professional IT service support for the organization;
- Handle enquiries and support as routine through the phone and email related to internal systems;
- Work with users to identify and solve user kinds of IT problems with all available technology including hardware and software;
- Provide the first level support through remote-access for the internal users in Hong Kong and Offshore offices;
- Escalate the end-users' requests to the right backend support teams.

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT-related major or English-related major;
- At least 2 years working experience in Helpdesk field or related;
- Basic IT Knowledge, experience in helpdesk or Network monitoring is a plus;
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English;
- Good team-player, have good telephone manner, good sense of service support and communication skill;
- Self-motivated and independent. 举报 分享
