职位描述：
Key responsibilities
1. Develop new design with US team for all kinds of packaging material
2. Develop new project with suppliers and drive the sampling process of packaging items.
3. Work closely with Project Team and Sourcing Team, make sure projects go smoothly in customers & suppliers.
4. Audit suppliers' production line regularly, seeking improvement space, and help them for improvement.
5. Evaluate suppliers' process capability on site, monitor and help supplier build FAI inspection, intern inspection, and final inspection rules.
6. Supervise suppliers to provide quality report, production plan report etc.
7. Solve customer claims, analyzing root causes and putting correcting action in suppliers, and provide related SCAR/8D reports.
8. Other tasks assigned by SQE manager.


Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Packaging，Printing or relevant
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in packaging R&D, structure design or supplier management.
3. Familiar with different kinds of packing material and manufacture process, eg. gift box, printing box, molded pulp tray, blister and so on.
4. Familiar with ISO9000, ROHS, ISTA test and so on.
5. Familiar 3D and Artwork design software, eg. ProE, Solid Works, UG, AI, AutoCad and so on.
6. A good team work player.
7. Able to travel frequency
