Responsibilities
1. Create and manage organizations, user roles and permissions in the LMS
2. Upload, test, deploy and maintain all training materials/learning assets hosted in the LMS
3. Ensure all learners are successfully registered, enrolled and suspended in the LMS
4. Manage report requests from all departments to support business needs
5. Research and resolve LMS functionality issues
6. Collaborate with Marketing to manage the catalog of learning assets in both Totara and Drupal
7. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the LMS and improve the learning experience for learners, faculty, and business partners.
8. Act as key point person for issue resolution and escalation. Partner effectively with Tech support, business partners and LMS and content providers to provide timely support and resolution to outstanding issues
9. Continually evaluate the LMS and advocate for updates performance upgrades and systems integration as necessary
10. Work with the vendor to establish and implement periodic maintenance and updates to the LMS
11. Work with LMS vendor for current documentation of system specifications and updates
12. Maintain course catalog and training calendar in the LMS
13. Provide other technical and administrative support as needed including translation
14. Work closely with and support other functional areas including Curriculum Development, Educational Services, Clinical Education, and Marketing and Sales Support
15. Serves as liaison to GRS-HS and GRS IT departments for learning management system and other technology management needs
16. Monitors ticketing system queue for new tasks, and completes those tasks according to established service level agreements. This includes documenting, tracking and monitoring support issues to ensure a timely resolution
17. Provides and maintains documentation in an organized and detailed manner and contributes to the Knowledge Base
18. Communicates effectively with Academy and GRS-HS personnel, and vendors on regular basis to identify and/or anticipate issues that may require IT solutions
19. Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced agile environment
20. Upholds the GRS Promises
Requirements:
1. Experiences with Totara LMS system
2. Must have bilingual skill, Chinese & English
