职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.严格执行公司对项目管理的规范；
2.制定工作计划，项目执行计划，人员配置计划，工作分解结构，成本计划等；
3.定期向公司报告项目进度；
4.对团队成员进行工作安排，督查；
5.定期召开团队成员会议，在可能情况下邀请客户，上级组长参加；
6.项目结束时，进行结项工作，整理各种相关文件。

任职要求：
1.具有进行计划、指导、控制和评价项目实施各项活动的能力；
2.具有组织和领导项目团队的能力，并能协调与项目有关的公司内部各部门的工作；
3.对项目实施过程中出现的问题能准确的作出判断，并能够提出解决办法；
4. 对项目实施过程中潜在的问题能及时预测，并能提出预防措施；
5.善于信息交流和沟通，能处理好各种不同层次的人际关系；
6.善于沟通与客户的关系，并能处理和协调好与用户之间的问题；
7.对项目团队中的每个岗位的职责和分工有充分的了解；
8.有较深厚的清洁项目管理工作经验；
