职位描述：
Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for daily accounting process in the area of Sales and Accounts Receivable.
2.Review and ensure billing properly done in ERP systems. Review and make sure clearance of AR open items are done properly, and monitoring customers payment, etc,Filing voucher related AR & Sales.
3.Issue VAT invoice, and verify VAT input.
4.Perform balance reconciliation with internal and external customers on a regular basis"
5.Prepare Sales data, sales analysis report, AR Aging report and AR account analysis report etc.
6.Prepare finance reports, including cash flow ,CM report, fix cost report,
7.Ensure that credit control policies are strictly adhered.Support the Treasury team on credit management process, including financial comments on credit application, credit agreement management. Closely monitor review and evaluate the performance of credit customer. Follow up the outstanding until all settle down.
8.Responsible for fixed assets management, including fixed assets record, depreciation.


Candidate Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent level, majoring in Finance & Accounting
2.Accounting qualification certificate
3.Have good ability to solve hoc tax issue&handle credit control and AR related issues.
4.Be familiar with accounting principle and tax regulations
5.Be familiar with ERP system(such as Kingdee system) and Microsoft office software 举报 分享
