职位描述：
一、岗位职责
⑴、 依据销售订单、库存成品、生产计划和上级指示，协调控制库存。
⑵、 指挥、组织、调度下属人员完成发运计划，保证高效及时发运。
⑶、 负责部门项目的安全检查、完成进度的跟踪，保证项目按预期完成。
⑷、 对各经销商、销售反映的发运问题进行调查，反馈问题产生的实际原因及制定补救、改进措施。
⑸ 、结合工厂仓库条件和成品特点，制定各种成品的存放制度,负责辖区内5S/GMP相关工作的管理。
⑹ 、指导、监督员工的工作活动符合安全、环境要求，积极参与安全、环境活动。
⑺、 加强与所属员工的沟通、指导员工制定发展计划，提高员工的总体素质，鼓励他们参与工厂的管理。
⑻、 根据工厂的各绩效考核目标、程序，实行考核工作，以便更好、更准确地做好员工的晋升、任免、奖惩、工资、福利和培训计划，并制定长期继任计划、培育后备力量。
⑼、 遵守公司安全政策与操作规程，确保安全生产。
⑽、 完成上级交办的其他任务。

二、任职资格要求
⑴、大专或以上学历，仓储管理、物流管理、财务管理、食品加工等相关专业。
⑵、十年以上大型企业工作经验，五年以上大型企业仓储或物流管理工作经验，有食品企业工作经验者优先。
⑶、具备较丰富的发运和成品仓库管理经验,能熟练运用ERP系统；熟悉ISO9000质量保证体系，懂HACCP、GMP、5S等。
⑷、具有良好的团队精神和较强的协调能力，良好的组织管理能力、学习能力，工作积极主动，吃苦耐劳。
