职位描述：
工作职责：
依据集团信息化总体规则方案，组织、参与集团信息化系统的选型、实施，通过提升信息化管理水平，从而提高公司运营的质量与效率。
1.参与信息化项目目标和计划的制定；
2.参与项目管理制度与流程的制定；
3.确保项目目标的实现，负责项目实施与支持工作；
4.确保项目团队准时、优质地完成项目任务；
5.负责业务需求调研、诊断与分析；
6.参与所属项目的招标、开标、评标工作；
7.参与项目评审会议；
8.参与所属项目的实施管理工作；
9.召开项目例会，定期汇报项目进展；
10.完成领导交办的其他工作


任职资格：
1.计算机或项目管理相关专业本科学历以上，6年或6年以上项目管理或实施经验，具有房地产行业或服务业项目实施经验优先考虑，具有项目管理相关资格认证PMP或质量管理CMMI者优先
2.有5个以上ERP或CRM等大型企业信息化项目咨询、实施或管理经验，担任项目经理或实施顾问
3.熟悉房地产企业或服务业业务和运营流程，能运用信息化系统的管理理念，优化业务管理流程，能够独立设计实施方案和业务流程，良好的表达沟通和演讲能力，熟悉项目管理各阶段的要求,具有项目的时间管理，成本管理，风险管理，质量管理等相关专业知识
4.具备较强的项目管理专业的管理技能，具备较强分析与解决问题的能力，能及时稳妥地协调解决各种突发事件
5.具有良好的语言组织，文案编写能力，良好的沟通表达能力，熟练使用英文进行阅读与写作
6.熟练使用Microsoft Office、绘图工具等办公软件 举报 分享
