This position is responsible for daily operations in all aspects of HR functions, continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, using sound judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them appropriately for the situation, supporting in executing HR program projects in region.
Playing a key role as learning administrator and learning resource developer;
Supporting line manager on L&D system deployment (needs analysis, learning map & development program design and delivery, budgeting, follow-up activities, vendors management, and etc.);
Providing assistance and support to talent development program (TDP) projects;
Supporting on research, design and deliver the new ways of new employee integration program;
Maintaining accurate employee training records & policies and make constructive reports;
Assist line managers with performance management and assessment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree (Human Resource, or Business Management is preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience working in HR generalist role, expertized in L&D .
Fluent in English
