职位描述：
职责：
1.1.全权负责企管运营部的全面工作，发挥企管运营的参谋、协调和管理职能，协助管理中心总经理开展相关工作；
1.2.协助管理中心总经理及公司高管梳理战略思路，制定战略规划，并组织进行宣贯；
1.3根据公司发展需求，对公司组织架构进行及时调整，以使组织架构与公司发展需要进行匹配；
1.4负责公司高层工作会议的组织工作，安排好会议的记录，整理出会议纪要，对会议讨论的重大问题，组织调研并提出报告，对会议的决议，负责做好会后的督办、跟进检查工作；
1.5.参与企业重大决策的研讨，以及组织策划，参与企业重大公关活动的组织和接待；
1.6.负责集团组织绩效的梳理、核算，并对组织绩效的达成情况进行跟进和考核；
1.7.对经营过程中存在的风险和问题，开展经营调研以及经营稽查工作；
1.8.负责集团分权流程体系和授权体系的管理；
1.9.负责集团《员工奖惩管理制度》的落实，对发生的优秀事迹或各项违规、经营事件，进行及时调查和处理通报；
1.10.完成上级领导交办的其他各项工作任务。

要求：
1 行政管理、工商管理、中文、法务、金融等相关专业，
2 5年以上工作经验，同岗位工作经验不少于2年，
3 具备基本的英文听说读写能力，
4 能够熟练操作各种办公软件。

5.1.具有高度的工作责任心和严谨的工作态度，工作细心、稳健、可靠，时间观念强，办事不拖拉而且有序不乱，计划性好；
   5.2.能较全面的熟知企业组织运行和经营管理的基本知识，并具有较强的工作组织能力和指挥才干；
   5.3.思维敏捷，对事物的反应能力快，对上级指示精神的领悟力较强，工作讲求效率；
   5.4.有较好的工作方法经验，善于处理上下级关系，并且具有很强的督导下属、沟通协调工作的能力；
