职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical and Project Leadership -
? Communicate to design teams and manage the commercial and technical objectives and targets of all projects ensuring that client expectations are met whilst maintaining budget and risk mitigation obligations;
? Ensure the standards of all Client engagements and deliverables meet the requirements and expectations of the Company;
? Review and monitoring of projects and strive to deliver design quality excellence at all times;
? Select and manage effectively the suppliers, sub-consultants and contractors associated with projects;
? Provide support in dealing with project issues to resolve difficulties;
Business Development
? Assist in preparing client proposals and submissions and cross-selling of ACLA services.
Financial Management
? Assist, support and ensure the profitability of all projects and its compliance with Company policies and procedures;
QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
? 8+ years’ experience in consulting, contracting or allied businesses;
? Proven experience in the management of Landscape Architecture / Architecture / Urban Design or related business. 举报 分享
