工作职责：
"Be in charge of technical service of Kluber in his responsible area and supply service support to our business development.
在所的负责的区域内开展克鲁勃的技术服务，以提供技术支持从而促进公司业务发展。"
"Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment.
致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。"
"Provide on-spot technical service and trouble-shooting solving for the existing customers to meet customers’ expectation.
为现有客户提供现场技术服务和故障的排除解决，以满足客户的期望。"
"Provide technical consultation and support on special lubricants for the customers to enhance the customers' satisfaction.
为客户提供特殊润滑剂的技术咨询和相关支持，以提高客户满意度。"
"Develop and provide technical training for sales team and external customers.
为销售团队和外部客户开展技术培训。"
"Work closely with sales engineer on technology issues and contribute to the sales goals.
密切配合销售工程师的技术问题解决，帮助完成销售目标。"
"Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.
参加科德宝“We All Take Care” 项目，支持创建安全的工作环境,尽量减少对环境的影响，发现危险源或有任何改进意见及时通知HSE部门或SEO。"
"Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.
遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。"

职能要求：
"Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or relevant major;
机械或相关专业本科或以上学历；"
"Proven skills in troubleshooting in the field, and hands-on engineering experience;
具有丰富的解决问题以及提供解决方案的能力，并具有机械方面操作经验；"
"At least 3+ years of equipment management experience in related industry;
具有三年以上的相关行业的设备管理经验；"
"Good command of English will be a plus;
具有良好的英语能力为佳；"
※ Desirable / 期望具备的其它要求:
"Value selling training experience would be a plus;
