职位描述：
工作职责：
"Be in charge of business development of Klueber in his/her responsible area/industry and reach sales and GP target.
负责开展本人所负责区域/行业的业务，完成销售指标及毛利率。"
"Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment.
致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。"
"Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the potential/existing customers.
与潜在及现有客户建立和保持一个良好的长期合作伙伴关系。"
"Provide professional technical supports for customers including products introduction and new products promotion ,technical seminar, issues solving, quick response to complaints and quality problems.
为客户提供专业技术支持，包括产品的引进和新产品推广，技术研讨会，解决问题、对投诉和质量问题迅速作出反应。"
"Be in cooperation with internal sales team and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions.
与销售内部团队和财务部共同合作，确保合同金额能够在规定的时间内支付。"
"Timely and actively give feedback to certain projects and share experience among colleagues.
及时、积极地就某些项目提供反馈意见，同事之间互相交流经验。"
"Collect information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely.

"Submit job related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, sales review and so on regularly and timely.
定期提交各类工作报告，如：每周工作报告，每周工作计划，预测报告，客户拜访报告、市场调研报告、销售回顾报告等。"
"Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.
参加科德宝“We All Take Care” 项目，支持创建安全的工作环境,尽量减少对环境的影响，发现危险源或有任何改进意见及时通知HSE部门或SEO。"
"Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.
遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。"

职能要求：
"Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or relevant major;
机械或相关专业本科或以上学历；"
"Proven skills in troubleshooting in the field, and hands-on engineering experience with good technical thinking;
具有丰富的解决问题以及提供解决方案的能力，并具有机械方面技术思维和操作经验；"
"Good communication skills to build up trustworthy relationship with customers;
良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户建立长期信任的关系；"
"At least 3+ years of sales experience, strong desire to achieve high sales targets, strong interest of study technology;
至少三年以上的销售经验，以完成高销售指标为导向，较强的学习技术的兴趣；"
"Good paperwork skill. Be able to make convincing solution proposals and presentations to customers;
良好的文字工作技能，能够制订出值得信任的方案策划书并介绍给客户；"
"Committed to Kluber and long term stable development expectation;
致力于长期与克鲁勃共同稳定发展；"
"Good command of English will be a plus;
具有良好的英语能力为佳；"
"Value selling training experience would be a plus;
