Job Title: Treasury Manager

Position Overview
Treasury Manager will oversee Prologis cash management operations in China both for Prologis and its joint ventures. Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing Treasury Analyst performing daily cash management activities, as well as communicating with SAFE and other government authorities to set-up and operate Prologis's funding and cash management structure in the most efficient way. Treasury Manager will work closely with the local China and US Treasury Finance team to prepare cash flow forecasts, ensure funding is available when necessary and participate in planning and execution of new transactions. Treasury Manager will also work closely with the global cash management team to implement company-wide policies and procedures.

Treasury Manager Responsibilities:
1.Oversee Treasury Analyst performing day-to-day cash management operations including:
- Balance reporting, monitor cash concentration, deposit diversification as necessary
- Bank account opening/closure decision, online banking maintenance
- Development and maintenance of bank/SAFE relationships
- Payment execution, escalation, and troubleshooting
- Development and execution of cash management investment strategy
- Registered capital, shareholder loan and entrusted loan execution and tracking
2.Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts including:
- China funding forecast and communication with the fund management team
- Capital call projections
- Permanent financing debt projection, DSCR covenants
- Loan interest expense forecast by entity
3.Participate in acquisition and disposition activity including:
- Review funding needs for new deals and funding strategy
- Review payment and funding clauses of the various purchase and sale agreements
- Review capital structure for IC underwriting
4.Participate, implement and oversee other corporate initiatives including:
- Assist finance team with local capital markets needs and due diligence
- PeopleSoft 9.1 payment testing
- SWIFT connection with CMB
- IT2 for inter-company loans
- Bridge Solution for external debt

Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years of treasury and cash management experience
Experience working with SAFE and within China regulatory framework
Familiarity with Chinese currency and capital control rules and regulations
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven computer skills required, including a proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and third party vendors
Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work independently, handle multiple priorities and apply good judgment
Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
Strong English communication skills
