Position Overview

Treasury Cash Management Analyst will perform daily cash management activities, as well as communicate with SAFE and other government authorities to operate Prologis’s funding and cash management structure in the most efficient way. Treasury Cash Management Analyst will work closely with the local China and US Treasury Finance team to prepare cash flow forecasts, ensure funding is available when necessary and assist in planning and execution of new transactions. Treasury Cash Management Analyst will also work closely with the global cash management team to implement company-wide policies and procedures.

Treasury Cash Management Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day cash management operations including:

- Balance reporting, monitor cash concentration, deposit diversification as necessary

- Bank account opening, closing and maintenance

- Payment execution, escalation, and troubleshooting

- Maintenance of E-Banking portals

- Development and maintenance of bank/SAFE relationships

- Execution of FX conversion (shareholder loan, registered capital, TP) for local cash disbursement needs in compliance with banking/SAFE rule & regulations

- Registered capital, shareholder loan and entrusted loan execution and tracking

- Development and execution of cash management investment strategy

- Completion of month end reconciliations, ensuring deadlines are met and errors minimized

- Formulate, implement and update procedures in order to ensure compliance with SOX

2. Support Treasury Manager in Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasts including:

- China funding forecast and communication with the fund management team

- Capital call projections

- Loan interest expense forecast by entity

3. Support Treasury Manager in implementing corporate initiatives including:

- PeopleSoft 9.1 payment testing

- SWIFT connection with CMB

- IT2 for inter-company loans

- Bridge Solution for external debt

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Good knowledge of Treasury operations with 2-3 years of relevant working experience with bank or corporate Treasury
• Experience working with SAFE and within China regulatory framework
• Familiarity with Chinese currency and capital control rules and regulations
• Proven computer skills required, including a proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and third party vendors
• Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work independently, handle multiple priorities and apply good judgment
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Detail oriented with high degree of integrity
• Able to prioritize work, goal-oriented with a "Can do" attitude
