 To strengthen our team located in Guangzhou we are looking for a:

Lawyer (m/f)

for the field of foreign direct investments, M&A, Corporate Law and Contract Law


Duties
Support of our international legal team in Guangzhou
Independent structuring, preparation and conducting of national and international investments as well as transactions
Participation in mergers and acquisitions
Designing and review of complex contracts
General legal consulting


Requirements
Above-average bachelor`s or master´s degree in Chinese law
Chinese on native-speaker level, fluent in writing and speaking in English. German language skills of advantage
Minimum of two years of experience in foreign direct investments, M&A, Corporate Law or Contract Law
Ideally experiences in areas of Employment Law, litigation or other areas of Chinese Business Law
Additional qualifications such as an additional degree (LL.M. or similar), official registration as a Chinese lawyer of advantage
High commitment and motivation as well as highest standards of own performance
