Main Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with internal departments for job description and new position opened;
2. Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels;
3. Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;
4. Communicate with candidates for initial selection;
5. Further interviews with candidates, and complete assessment reports;
6. Coordinate interviews;
7. Provide consulting services / advices to candidates;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
Main Requirements:
NOTE: This position requires a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in a fast paced organization, and recruiting experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required;
2. Have 5+ years recruiting experience including direct hire, temporary staffing
3. Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm is also highly preferred;
4. Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates.
5. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written)
