职位描述：
1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Demand, material and production planning for the local production of center hand in KUKA Robotics China Manufacturing.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Manage the machine projects and support the production in material issues;
- Create and update the production plan based on the information from Sales and Production Director;
- Create and update of assembly plan;
- Create and update the assembly plan according to the newest version of production plan and material supply status;
- Daily update the production status, throughput time and delay;
- Create the projects and production order according to the assembly plan and reconfiguration;
- Match the customer request to the projects according to the advice by sales / order processing;
- Update the production status in the SAP System;
- Create and update the Machine-Project documentation;
- Adjust the estimated BOM in cases of design changing;
- Daily production status feedback;- Other duties as assigned by the management.

3．KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Monthly WIP report;
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above, BS in engineering or economical engineering background;
- Experience: 4 years working experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge about the relation of sales forecast, production plan and assembly plan;
- Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;
- Familiar with ERP-Systems especially SAP;
- Detail knowledge about the function of MRP;
- Must be knowledgeable in planning/forecasting system(MRP/ERP);
- Basics in project planning;
- MS-Office skills;
- Basic management skills and leadership ability;
- Good English, German speaking would be preferred. 举报 分享
