职位描述：
Summary:
In this role the project manager is to manage application development, delivery and all relevant solutions, analyses and define requirements and translate them into technical architecture and specifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Examine the feasibility of the project, identify parties involved and has an adequate base of support.
- Prepare complete and thorough project plan based on business requirements and company standard process.
- Work with business users to collect and review the requirements in each stage of the design and implementation.
- Review solutions proposed by the 3rd party vendor and ensure that they meet the business needs.
- Follow standard change management process through the whole project life cycle.
- Hold occurred review meeting to update project status to key stakeholders
- Identify risks and make mitigation plan.
- Develop and maintain the project documents as Knowledge base to benefit subsequent projects
- Work with 3rd party vendors to manage the process of development and support
- Align with regional and global IT direction through the project implementation
- Make sure the result of project fulfils the agreed requirements and meets the business needs
- Prepare the end-user training plan and support the end users training.
Essential requirements:
- At least 5 years’ work experience in system development and operation
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT project management role
- Strong project management skills - time management, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk management, quality control, cost control.
- Experience in Vendor Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of development methodologies
- Proactive person and problem solver
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both spoken and written
- The ability to quick learn
- Good team player and ability to work under high pressure

Desirable requirements:
- PMP is preferred
- Experienced in Media or Advertising industries
- Knowledge on SDLC, agile or iterative development methodologies
- QA experience.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information technology 举报 分享
