职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee safe and smooth running of company network, phone and server connections. In addition, also responsible for periodic data backup. 负责计算机网络、公司通讯线路、服务器安全运行及数据备份
2. Manage usernames and passwords to get access to various types of software. 各种软件的用户密码及权限管理
3. Communicate with the commercial team and understand their needs for data and reports, and develop related internal information system based on the File Maker platform. 与业务部门人员沟通、理解业务部门的数据需求，并基于File Maker系统构建公司内部的信息系统和平台
4. Assist in the construction of company information management system and the contingency plan for risks协助建立完善公司信息化管理制度、信息化应急预案处理办法等
5. Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor上级交待的其他相关工作

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree with Computer Information Management or Electronic Information Technology related major 本科学历计算机信息管理、电子信息技术等相关专业
2. 2+ years’ related experience两年以上相关经验
3. Familiar with the usage and maintenance of network devices (server, interchanger and router etc.) 熟悉网络设备（服务器、交换机、路由器等）的应用及维护
4. Good command of windows system and able to handle any possible hardware and software issue independently熟练掌握windows系统，能独立解决各种办公电脑软硬件问题
5. Good English skills 良好的英文能力
6. Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking良好的数据分析能力，思维敏捷有条理
