Responsibility:
? 以热线和邮件等方式给用户提供技术支持服务。支持内容包括惠普企业级产品的软硬件产品和其他约定的服务。
? 在规定时间内响应和满足用户需求，保证用户生产环境运行正常。并在此基础上提供最好的用户体验。
? 通过与相关部门合作实现端到端案例的解决和服务交付.
Requirements:
? 计算机或韩国语相关专业大专以上学历；
? 韩语精通（母语水平），语音语调标准，敬语使用熟练；
? 熟悉IT业界，特别是企业市场。了解计算机组成原理和操作系统；
? 以客户为中心的工作态度；
? 工作主动积极，有良好的沟通能力，有责任心；
? 有自我提高的意愿，同时也注重团队协作。
? 有独立阅读和书写英文的能力。
Preferred:
? 有过呼叫中心经验者优先；
? 有过企业产品支持经验者优先；
