岗位职责：

1. 公司日常业务的支持工作，包括文档的处理，订单信息的录入

2. 根据公司的要求进行数据库管理，核对并维护客户信息

3. 与业务部门的同事进行相关沟通，确保信息数据录入的准确性

4. 全国快递寄送的管理和相关记录

5. 办公文具的采购与管理

岗位要求：

1. 熟练运用Windows， Microsoft Office

2. 良好的英语读写能力

3. 善于沟通，组织能力强

4. 头脑灵活，善于随机应变

5. 大专学历

6. 具有责任心，处理事情仔细，逻辑性强
