Job Description
岗位职责：

1.Facilitate and support the Hotel Sales Program—All Great China Over 100 Hotels

  为酒店销售项目提供帮助和支持—遍及大中华地区超过100家联营酒店

2.Contact courtesy calls to client to ensure the accuracy of contact information and reinforce product knowledge

  对客户进行回访以确保联络信息的准确性并巩固加强对产品的了解，以便客户顺利使用会员卡

3.Answer customers'calls and provide professional advice

接听客户来电，提供专业的咨询建议

4.Contact with hotels Accor and provide support

通过邮件或电话与雅高集团旗下酒店沟通，为酒店提供有效支持

5.Maintain and build client relationships

  建立并维护客户关系

Requirement
职位要求：

1.College degree; Speak standard mandarin

  大专及以上学历普通话标准

2.Good communication skills

  具有良好的沟通能力

3.Willing to serve the customers and able to deal with customer complaints

  对客户有服务意识并有处理客户投诉的能力

4.Competency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

  熟练使用办公室软件
