岗位职责：
-独立完成客户员工录用及社保材料的收集、审核和录用手续的办理，及时反馈办理结果；
-快速响应、跟进、反馈人事手续办理中特殊事宜的完成情况；
-耐心解答客户及客户员工的人事政策咨询、回复人事证件、各项手续办理情况；
-承担客户及人事信息的管理维护，做到各项数据准确、更新及时；
-做好跨团队的合作及内外部的协作。

任职要求：
-大专学历；
-有一年人事基础实务工作经验；
-熟悉劳动人事法规、地方人事政策；
-工作细致、主动，有亲和力，沟通协调能力、责任心强；
-有良好的服务和团队合作意识；
-有良好的职业操守。
