职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
1, Serves as day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure successful and timely completion of projects ranging from product launches to print, radio, television and any other medium.
2, Organizing meetings, with the necessary agendas and information.
3, Developing and maintaining an up-to-date record of all material published by the account group, including all financial, planning, research and creative work
4, Assist in the briefing process and provide the Creative Department with all the necessary information and stimulus for them to deliver against the agreed brief.
5, Manage the accuracy and timeliness of estimates and invoices, ensuring all approvals are sought before work begins
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1, Good written and oral English OR Japanese
2, Fresh students with internship experience in 4A agency preferred
3, Ability of manage brand assignments on a day-to-day basis
4, Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office
5, Good communication and presentation skills
6, Passionate, open minded
