5、技能技巧：熟悉公司产品工艺、生产流程、熟练掌握计算机软件操作；
有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验，能独立解决产品相关问题；
6、个人素质：出色的协调能力、组织能力、责任心并具有良好的团队合作精神及较强的执行力。
