职位描述
岗位要求：
1、通晓机加工艺及流程、机加设备的性能和维护保养；熟练使用计算机、具备较好的英语应用能力
2、具有很强的判断能力、人际能力、领导能力、判断与决策能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力。
职位要求：
1、在生产部副总的领导下，负责组织生产计划、生产调度、设备、生产现场的安全和环保管理等工作。
· 2、组织编写模具及产品的月份生产、作业计划，并加以督促实施。
· 3、组织制定安全生产、环境保护年度计划，并组织实施。
· 4、组织专业或定期安全检督促有关部门对事故隐患及时整改。
· 5、检查生产会议和会议调度会议的执行情况，对急件和重要产品任务要随时掌握生产进度。
· 6、负责协调解决老产品、新产品、工装、模具在生产过程中出现的问题。
· 7、根据本公司的生产实际情况，合理安排外委加工及合同管理。
· 8、完成领导交办的各项任务。
