POSITION : Aftermarket Area Sales Manager
BUSINESS UNIT:Dayco China Aftermark Devision
LOCATION:Shanghai, China
REPORTING:Sales Director China Aftermark

Key responsibilities:
Apply/coordinate the sector strategy and roadmap according to the company guidelines for east china
Create and optimize the distributor network in east china
Identify regional product/market/customer requirements , provide the information to the marketing and technical team.
Observe sector trends and the regional market development including competitors
Support budget planning
Develop the turnover by distributors to achieve the company business target in region
Other assignments based on business need.

Required profile:
Chinese native person with basic spoken and written English
Bachelor degree or above
Excellent interpersonal communication (written & oral) and negotiation skills, team player
willingness to travel regularly
At least two year experience in aftermarket or OES in global belts manufacturer on priority
