Member Service Supervisor
客服主管

Position：Full-time

职位：全职

Level/ Experience: Junior/ 2+ years

水平/经验：初级/ 2年以上工作经验

Report to: Member Service Manager

Job Description/职位描述

• Professionally handle escalated complaints and liaise with senior Hotel Management and other Members Service Teams abroad to negotiate appropriate solutions.

     能以专业的方法处理升级性的投诉，并通过联络酒店中级管理人员及其他客户服务团队来协商适当的解决方法

• Assist to conduct training and induction for newly recruited Member Service agents and assist in the recruitment as the department grows.

     协助对新上岗的客服人员进行培训；根据部门的发展情况协助招聘新人

• Be responsible to communicate with hotels in Accor Group to provide the effective support to hotels

     负责跟雅高集团旗下酒店沟通，为酒店提供有效的支持

• Communicate and coordinate with different office departments both internally and externally to handle members’ requirements and urgent cases

     负责与相关部门协调与跟进，及时处理客户需求和突发事件

• Monitor and report the team's progress and results to Senior Management weekly, highlighting actions to be taken, progress made and provide feedback for interdepartmental improvement.

     监管团队并每周向上级管理人员汇报团队工作的进展情况：采取有效行动并提供反馈信息，帮助相关部门改进工作。

• Based on company requirements to develop a professional member service team and build a good member service system

     根据公司要求培训正规化客服团队，形成良好的客户整体服务体系

Requirements/职位要求

• At least 2 years experience in a member service role, including at least 1 years in a management    position.

     至少2年客服工作经验，其中至少1年担任管理职位

• Fluent Mandarin and English, both oral and written.

     普通话/英语的口语/文书熟练

• Familiar with KPIs of MS, has good skills &experience in MS cased handling

     熟悉客服部的各种评估指标，具有优秀的客户事件投诉处理技巧及经验

• Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and a team player.

     善于维护人际关系技巧，个性开朗能适应团队生活

• Hold at minimum a college degree or equivalent.

     最低专科或同等的学历

• Extremely competent in all MS-Office programs especially Outlook and Excel.

     熟练操作常用办公室软件尤其是Outlook和Excel
