工作职责：

A.招聘及员工入职管理

1.协调招聘广告的起草，广告合同的签订及广告投放;

2.筛选简历，预约合适的人选参加面试并安排首轮面试;

3.核实应聘者提交资料的真实及有效性;

4.准备员工相关的文档，如劳动合同，解除劳动合同通知，调岗通知等等;

5.新进员工和离职员工手续办理及新近人员人事事务协调;

6.员工资料的保管;

B. 薪资福利

1.核算员工基本薪酬和福利;
2.负责收集社保参保人员信息，并及时准确办理社保增减工作及及工伤、医疗等事项处理， 并做好相关资料存档；

3.协助人事经理做预算准;
4.及时更新各地劳动保障和社会保险相关的法规信息，并做好汇总提交给人事经理;

5.收集并核实中国区考勤报告;

6.管理统计各地员工假期并负责假期报告 ;

C. 培训

1. 新员工入职培训

2. 寻找合适的培训资源

D.其他事宜

1.准备入离职人员报告

2.协调外籍人士就业的法定手续事宜

3.协调各地分公司劳动年检

4.负责及时更新员工花名册及个人信息和资料

5.安排办公室钥匙，门禁卡及员工卡的发放和回收工作; 准备员工信

6.其他人事行政相关事宜

任职要求：

1.熟悉人事相关流程，3年以上人力资源相关工作经验

2.熟悉国家相关法律法规、现代企业人力资源管理 、劳动合同法等

3.工作独立性强，可独立按时完成各项任务

4.熟练使用Ms office，excel, word使用良好

5.杰出的沟通能力，团队合作精神

6.良好的英文沟通能力
